One of the things I like to do when I am getting ready to go on a new Kairos weekend is to watch any new Kairos Videos I can find on YouTube. This video is one of the best I have come across in a while. This guy shares why the Kairos Ministry is important not just for the participants going through the weekend but to himself personally as a volunteer. Sometimes I think that part of the ministry is overlooked or maybe taken for granted. This ministry allows you an opportunity to become God's servant in a way that is hard to explain and has to be experienced to understand. I know that I am not alone in feeling this way abut Kairos because I know many volunteers that have been working in this ministry for 10, 15, 20 years some never stop once they start until they leave this world to be with God.
